A few other things to consider. Do you want a receiver that is somewhat future proof. Most HTiB and current receivers do not meet the spec for HDMI 1.4 that is coming out this summer. If you can hold off a bit I recommend getting the new Sony receiver that is coming out this summer. Basically one of the major improvements of HDMI 1.4 is the ability to pass through a 3-d source. Now I know that you don't have a ps3 or a blu ray player, but it is something you may want to consider. Check out the early review
