Halopalooza was a great success. For the majority of the day we had 10+ people there which allowed us to have some fairly decent sized matches. We played lots of Team Slayer, Team CTF, Rumble Pit, and even found time to do some 3-Team CTF and Team Assault matches. We also had one Oddball match with 10 people on the small Warlock map. That was INSANE! Everytime you'd get the skull, you were dead 2 seconds later. I think I had 47 kills that match including a couple quad-kills.
The day began at 9am and we ended up packing things up around 1am. I managed to get 21 pics from the day (not as many as I would have liked). Enjoy - and hope to see you at the next one!
We're planning one tentatively around mid-October after Halo 3 comes out. More details to come.

Here's looking into my living room from the dining room area. You can see the foil on the window to help block out the light and the projector sits on the table. The projector screen was 108 inches diagonal. It truely felt like you were playing it on a movie theater screen. The table in the middle of the living room had 3 xboxes/tv's on it. The third person on the couch used the HDTV in my entertainment cabinet. Every TV used that day was playing in HD (or at least as HD as Halo 2 can get).

Looking into the living room from the other side of the 2-seater couch (where I sat). I played on Spiff's 24" widescreen monitor with external spkrs. The chair in the far corner with the grey table is where Spiff set up his 32" LCD HDTV but it's not here as of yet.

Here's Chad (Fitsan) sitting where I did for the majority of the day relaxing for a bit after we got the room setup that morning. In the background is the dining room where we were able to fit 4 other xboxes/tv's. The wall behind Fitsan is where the projector was pointing.
